Fragrances purchased through AZHEROUD are non-refundable. Please make sure you intend to order what you selected before you finalize the order. Please click on the products to read descriptions for each product. We do not accept returns for any other reason not related to a mistake at our end.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped or delivered from Monday to Saturday. Order placed over the weekend is dispatched on Monday. You will get a tracking number to your email once your order’s dispatched. Any import duties or taxes fee due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
